Musik aktiv Hören – Wie du deine Ohren fokussierst
Während des Tages sind wir ständig von Musik umgeben.
Doch viele nehmen sie nur passiv als eine Art Soundtrack war. Meistens als Begleit-Musik zu einer anderen Tätigkeit. Selten konzentrieren wir uns im Alltag völlig auf die Musik.
Genau dies versucht man beim aktiven und kritischen Hören. Auf was du beim Musik aktiv Hören achten kannst beschreibe ich in diesem Blog-Post.

Es hilft also wenn du zum Beispiel den Bildschirm & das Licht ausschaltest und die Augen schliesst. Dann kannst du dich vollkommen auf den Sound konzentrieren und deinen Fokus auf die verschiedenen Schichten richten. Dies könnten zum Beispiel folgende sein:
Instrumente
- Welche und wie viele unterschiedliche Instrumente beziehungsweise welche Sounds kannst du hören? Zum Beispiel Kickdrum, Hihats, Gitarren, Stimme, Geräusche…
- Wie ist deren Klangcharakter? Dunkel, Hell, Scharf, Dumpf…?
- Erklingen die Instrumente/Sounds oder ändern sie sich über den Track hinweg?
- Welche Emotion lösen die einzelnen Instrumente/Sounds bei mir aus?
Harmonie
- In welcher Tonart ist das Stück geschrieben? C-Moll, Es-Dur,…
- Bleibt die Tonart über das gesamte Stück gleich oder wechselt sie?
- Welche Instrumente steuern eigentlich Harmonische Information bei? Klavier, Gitarre, Orgel, Stimmen, Percussion, Drums…
- Welche Akkorde werden benutzt? Cm7, Asus2, …
- Wie ist die Stimmführung in den Akkorden?
- Welche Skalen gespielt? C-Dur, C-Pentatonik, C-Myxolidisch…
Rhythmus
- In welchem Tempo ist das Stück komponiert?
- Welche Instrumente tragen zum Rhythmus bei?
- Gibt es rhythmische Strukturen?
- Gibt es wiederkehrende Pattern?
Form
- Kann man den Track in Einzelteile wie Intro, Refrain, Bridge, Break, Outro zerlegen?
- Gibt es wiederkehrende Melodien, Rhythmen, Instrumente…?
- Wann setzen welche Instrumente/Sounds ein und was bewirkt das bei mir?
- Gibt es einen Spannungsaufbau ? Wie ist dessen Verlauf und durch was kommt er zu stande?
Klang
- Wie ist die Tiefenstaffelung gelöst? Welche Sounds befinden sich vorne, in der Mitte oder ganz hinten im Mix? Warum höre ich sie in dieser Position (Reverb, Delay, Hi-Cut…?)
- Wo befinden sich welche Sounds im Stereo-Panorama (Panning)?
- Wie klingen die einzelnen Sounds/der ganze Mix? Clean, angezerrt, tief, flach ?
Mir hilft es auch sehr einzelne Parts eines Tracks in Loops zu hören. Dann habe ich genug Zeit auf alle Nuancen zu achten.
Weiterhin ist es sehr spannend das selbe Stück auf unterschiedlichen Lautsprechern, Kopfhörern und in unterschiedlichen Räumen anzuhören, da man in jeder Abhörsituation andere Elemente wahrnehmen wird.
Ich finde es faszinierend, wie sich das Gehör weiterentwickelt wenn man sich regelmässig auf Sounds und Musik konzentriert. Das kannst du entweder durch aktives Hören oder auch mit Hilfe dieser Apps.
